TRANSITIONS - SUMMER 2008

Center faculty, affiliates and students bid a warm farewell to Bertine Easterling as she moves into a new role with the UW Institute for Translational Health Sciences. Bertine was the founding program coordinator for the Center and most recently was a public information specialist for us. We will miss her and wish her the very best.

The Center for Health Sciences Interprofessional Education is dedicated to creating an atmosphere of openness and commitment to interprofessional practice.
Initallly supported by the University Initiatives Fund, the Center is building on the excellence of the individual Academic Health Science Center schools and the Information School by providing educational opportunities for students in these schools to learn means of interprofessional practice in order to be prepared to take their places in the current and future healthcare systems.
